This website is operated by Leah Boyd. Leah Boyd offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. "I" and "me" refer to Leah Boyd.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By using this website, you agree that:

  • You will not use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website’s operation.

SECTION 2: COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Leah Boyd and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

SECTION 3: MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS AND PRICES

  • Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
  • I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

  • Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
  • I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of me.

SECTION 5: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When you make a purchase on this website:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.
  • You agree to enter accurate shipping information as you will not be refunded if it is delivered to the wrong address. If it is successfully returned to me, I can reship as long as you repay for shipping and the delivery from my P.O. box to my residence.
  • I accept payment through Shopify payments which includes major credit cards.
  • All transactions are processed securely. I do not store your payment information.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • Print orders are printed on demand and batched weekly. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive tracking information.
  • Originals will take up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to be shipped. I will contact you if it will take longer.
  • All sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage.
  • I will not provide refunds for damaged items but rather a replacement. 
  • You agree to open your order with care. (i.e. not using sharp objects to open your package which could risk of damaging it during unpacking)
  • If an item is damaged from unpacking your order, you agree to provide a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your package. 
  • I will assess based on the damage whether the item qualifies for a replacement. If I assess that the damage from unpacking is based wholly on the recipient, I will issue a replacement at a cost, but will not offer a free replacement.  

SECTION 7: OUTSIDE US SHIPPING

  • If you are outside the US, you are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

SECTION 8: PRE-ORDERS

  • Any pre-order products will be listed as such explicitly in the title and description. By checking the Terms and Conditions box before checkout, you acknowledge and accept the pre-order timeline. 
  • Pre-Order products will not be refunded.

SECTION 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by using this website. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

  • I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
  • Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
