Why is US original shipping $45 starting June 1st? Originals ship insured via UPS 3-day, which consistently costs around $45.

Why is international (outside US) original shipping $110–$130? I ship exclusively through DHL. DHL, while more expensive than USPS International, ships faster in my experience.

Why is there now an international (outside US) $35 shipping fee for prints 16x20 inches and over? Overseas print orders average around $40 to ship when in a tube, so this fee is necessary to keep international shipping available.

Why do print orders take so long?

1. I don't often have the inventory on me.

2. I've implemented batch printing. If you order early in the week (i.e. Sunday) your order won't go to print until the following Saturday which then takes about 7-12 days to get to me so I can sign and then ship off to you. You might have to wait around 2.5-3 weeks for that tracking number!

All prints are giclee prints printed on fine art paper and it is specified on the product page what paper is used.

• Prints are packaged in rigid mailers or tubes to ensure a safe arrival.
• Prints are printed on demand and batched weekly. Please allow up to 14 business days from the Saturday after you order to receive tracking information.
• Example: If you order a print on Sunday, your print order will not go to print until the following Saturday. This means you will not receive tracking until around 2.5-3 weeks after your initial order date! Thank you very much for your patience! I am actively working on a way to make this turnaround time faster.
• All originals are insured and express, if possible.
• Originals are shipped within 1-4 weeks of the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• You will receive an email from leah@leahboydart.com when your order is shipped, which will contain tracking info.

US Customers

• PRINTS have a flat rate charge of $5 for print orders under $100
• ORIGINALS currently have a flat rate shipping fee of $30. A price increase to $45 will take effect on June 1st.

International Customers

• PRINTS have a flat rate charge of $10. A price increase to $20 will take immediate effect.
• As I get more familiar with shipping internationally, large prints (prints that need to be shipped via tube so 16x20 and above) have a flat rate of $35. Thanks for understanding!

• ORIGINALS now have a flat rate charge of $110 for small (12x16 inch) paintings and $130 for medium (16x20 inch) paintings.

As of April 2026: Previously I offered free shipping on original paintings within the US but in order to make my practice sustainable, I can no longer do that.

As of May 2026:

Price changes taking effect June 1st 2026:

• Shipping prices for originals within the US will be $45 USD
• Print prices will increase due to production costs

The following international shipping policy (outside US) for originals will take immediate effect:

• Flat rate of $110 for small paintings (12x16)
• Flat rate of $130 for medium paintings (16x20)
• Shipping prices for prints outside the US will be $20. Update: this change is now effective immediately rather than June 1st, 2026.
• Update: large prints that need to be shipped via tube (size 16x20 and above) will have a flat rate of $35. Thanks for understanding!

Some might be wondering why these prints are going to take 5-6 weeks to get sent off to you (that's a long time!) so here’s what’s happening behind the scenes:

1. All paintings need to be touch dry before I send them to be professionally photographed which brings us to around mid-June.
2. I'm estimating photographing them to take ~1-2 weeks.
3. Test prints are estimated to take roughly ~1.5-2 weeks because I get them from an online giclee fine art print company, so I need to factor in shipping.
4. Anddd this brings us to mid-July!
